With <0x10050230 0x4> added to usbphy-sys in exynos5250.dtsi file,
s3c-usbphy doesn't complain anymore. However I still can't find my usb3
device, which might be a configuration issue.

Thanks for the catch. I will update the same in Linaro kernel.
Do you get usb to working for you when you apply the additional reg entry?
