Hmm, it's two-an-a-half years later that I see this - swift - answer om 
my question. No idea how I missed it, but of course that's very 
unpolite. My apologies, Harm!

The combination of the Lilypond-Ghostscript versions came from 
Tumbleweed,  I suppose.

Now, with Lilypond om 1.19.82,  and Ghostscript 9.54.0, the problem is gone.
