Indeed there is. Just extend the initial list to be a list of two lists (or
more, depending on how many systems the phrasing slur spans through), one
for each segment:
\shape #'(((0 . 0) (0.5 . 1.0) (0.5 . 1.0) (0 . 0))
((0 . 0) (0 . 0) (0 . 0) (0 . 0))) PhrasingSlur
