Subject:    LilyTool pk fonts not found

I know, this has been discussed before, but after trying out all  
suggestions on this problem, I still can't solve this.

This is lilypond 2.3.18
jEdit 4.2
LilyTool

Mac OS 10.3.5

 >  If you read the manual of LilyTool you can read that you should
 > make (PK) fonts first. You can achieve this from the Plugins>LilyTool  
menu.
 > (It may seem that it freezes for a while, but it doesn't.)
 > Point and click will work after it.

When I try this I get:

/Users/michaelmeixner/Documents/Notensatz/lilypond/Mozart/

dvips: ! Couldn't find header file music-drawing-routines.ps
LilyPond ready.

"music-drawing-routines.ps" exists, but obviously cannot be seen by  
dvips. Since I'm pretty new to the TeX-business I'm not sure how to  
proceed.
Where should the file reside?

Any hint is appreciated.
