I'm getting errors trying to comple the latest CVS (as of ca. 11:00UTC
18 April).

./out/lilypond.nexi:3918: Next reference to nonexistent node `End of
tutorial'.
./out/lilypond.nexi:770: Menu reference to nonexistent node `End of
tutorial'.
makeinfo: Removing output file `./out/lilypond.info' due to errors; use
--force
to preserve.
make[2]: *** [out/lilypond.info] Error 2
rm out/lilypond.nexi
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/lily-cvs/lilypond/Documentation/user'
make[1]: *** [all] Error 2
rm out/index.texi
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/lily-cvs/lilypond/Documentation'
make: *** [all] Error 2
[root@localhost lilypond]#


This is the same set of exit errors I was getting earlier today with the
previous CVS. (Stock RH9.0 system)
