Not really, I have surely expressed myself badly.

I just changed the command line from lilypond.exe to lilypad.exe just to be  
sure that
the whole commandline itself was well written (having spaces into the  
Program Files
pathname, one never can be sure). lilypad.exe was launched correctly as  
expected.

The error occurs both with a valid input filename and without one.
