Hi,
I wonder if it isn't a good thing to be able to log just _all_ file-open,
not only the ones with some restriction on it. Is this working right now
somehow, probably with WRITE GRANT or IGNORE?
If not, would a new ACL action named "LOG" or so be the right
way to do it?
