well in the xterm: $licq starts it and the window doesnt show up, it just
appear on the process list
$licq -d 31 gives me this:

09:31:00: [INI] Loading saved auto-responses.
09:31:00: [INI] Loading utilities.
09:31:00: [INI] Network configuration.
09:31:00: [INI] OnEvent configuration.
09:31:00: [INI] Creating pipes.
09:31:00: [INI] Initializing thread data.
09:31:00: [INI] Starting TCP server.

and again the windows doesnt show up and it is on the process list
