How do they work?  Is it a standard thing or just like well, i have no clue 
-- haven't looked yet.  (Yeah yeah, look, read the docs, etc. all before 
asking the questions.)  but what if i'd like to know about it huh?  anyone 
got any hints, or know-how? thanks.

P.s. if these snapshots work, are they saved up, all the mdifications i 
mean, and released in the next version of licq?
