The backtrace doesn't make much sense. 
what does your ~/.licq/licq_qt-gui.conf contain under "[startup]", key 
"Logon" ?

try setting it to "0". It should start up then. 

for better backtraces, please compile with --enable-debug and upgrade to at 
least gdb 5.0. 4.18 basically does not work.
