Correct me if I'm wrong. But as I've found out that the MacClient I'm
referring to still uses TCPv2, it was simple to put it in without destroying
the Licq version feature for Licq users (because Licq uses v3).

do you mean port number? the IP is not duplicated in little-endian sheme. 

If you mean the port number, then it should be already in CVS because icq99b
behaves the same. 

Nevertheless if you have any problem with TCP, then right now is the right
time to report them ;-)
