This patch works for me using "Chatmode Messageview". The main window is
still raised as well, this is not really useful but I couldn't find an
easy way to prevent it (The main window receives the signal before the
chat window does - the main window would have to check whether there
exists a chat window for the particular user. Or invert signal order?).

Note that the old message window (which pops up when you open a new
event, containing the reply, quote, etc. buttons) is not raised, even
when there are multiple events waiting. IMHO this window should be
replaced by the chat window anyway, it's pretty annoying having to click
on reply before you can send your answer.
