You can see in the descriptors that endpoint 81 is listed as "2 x 880". 
That means it gets 2 transactions of 880 bytes each in every
microframe.  There are 8 microframes per frame, and 1000 frames per
second.  So:
    2 x 880 x 8 x 1000 = 14,080,000
Similarly. endpoint 82 is listed as "3 x 860":
    3 x 860 x 8 x 1000 = 20,640,000
