I just said that it was working, but that is not.  After recompiling
the lib, I forget to move the dll to where my code can see it, so my
first test was against the old dll.  With the latest version, daily
snapshot libssh2-0.19.0-20081105.tar.gz, it still gets stuck in a
loop.
