I've attached the two needed diffs for you to add in the terminal
resizing functionallity that Vincent added.

About
Request a PTY size change on an active channel with a PTY. Note that
this does not make sense for all channel types. This is useful if you
want to resize the PTY after its creation.

Parameters
channel
   Previously opened channel instance such as returned by
libssh2_channel_open_session().

width
   Width of pty in characters

height
   Height of pty in characters

width_px
   Width of pty in pixels
height_px
   Height of pty in pixels

Returns
0 on success
-1 or PACKET_EAGAIN on error
