I'm not sure a submenu for sidebar panels is a good idea. Not every panel has a
menu entry. Also how would you hide the sidebar then?
I implemented the Impress part for the navigator and gallery. Every action that
opened a floating window before shows now the corresponding sidebar panel. If
the sidebar is hidden, it will become visible.
