    Nope.  Assuming the original poster means multicasting and broadcasting
    at the ethernet level, an ethernet broadcast example is included with
    the test code of the libnet distribution.  Multicast would be just as
    simple to do.  To broadcast / multicast at the IP level, make sure the
    IP address you use is a broadcast / multicast address...
