1. create a new group "mygroup"
2. create a new user and add it to "mygroup"
3. give this user "edit" and "review" rights on a certain sitetree node

-> if this user goes to the site area, the sitetree won't be displayed, and
there's a javascript error message "Could not load sitetree XML"
