Hi Jeremy,

If you are still having problem with the above
subject, I might be able to help.

Please provide following details:

1. What kind of Connection do you have to the
Internet? DSL, cable, or you require PPP to
   connect?

2. Post edited version of following files with all
   comments removed:
   a. /etc/modules
   b. /etc/network/interfaces
   c. /etc/shorewall/interfaces
   d. /etc/shorewall/zones
   e. if you are using bridge, or any of the zones
       are subnetted, then provide:
       /etc/shorewall/hosts and /etc/shorewall/masq

3. If output of ip -s addr command is diffrent from
previous post, then post the new output.

4. Provide following lines from your leaf.cfg
   a. LRP=""
   b. PKGPATH=""

5. Provide following information for each interface.
   Interface = eth0
   PCI SLOT =
   Device =
   Vendor =
   PCI Class =
   Subsystem ID =
   Subsystem Vendor =
   System IRQ =

NOTE:
Inorder to provide some of the above information,
you will need to obtain "pci info", a dos utility
and latest device database called PCIDEVS.TXT, both
files can be obtained from:
http://members.net-tech.com.au/dft0802/downloads/pci.zip
http://members.net-tech.com.au/dft0802/downloads/pcidevs.txt

To save you time from learning how-to use the
utility, do the following:

1. Create dos system bootdisk, or obtain one from
http://download.sudhian.com/faq/kt7/downloads/Misc/drdflash.exe
2. Copy the utility unto the bootable floppy.
3. Change directory to the floppy drive and create
    autoexec.bat with following lines:
	@echo off
	pci /H /D /B > LOG.TXT
3. Reboot the firewall machine and set bios to boot
   from floppy.
4. completely shotdown the machine, don't use reboot.
5. Put the floppy into the firewall machine and
   cold-boot.
6. All information required should be available inside
   log.txt created by pci-info.

Thanks,
Larry.
