Hello,

Starting with 3.6, routing cache is removed from the kernel.

We were using multiple nexthop type default gateways formerly.
default nexthop via 192.168.1.11 dev eth0 weight 1
nexthop via 192.168.1.9 dev eth0 weight 20

Routing cache was providing some sort of persistency which is tunable
by kernel tunables. gc_...

After removal of kernel routing cache, no persistency exists and
stateful connections are broken easily. Each packet of a connection
may go any of the links.

1- Is this the case expected?

2- What would be your suggestions for replacement?

Best Regards,
