Hi,

it seems the links in the CI mails don't work as there's no build number 28
in there for clang. The last build is 8.

Speaking as someone who's merely lurking around: Maybe subsequent failures
of builds of kate shouldn't generate new mails to avoid spamming a
developer-discussion list (even one that is relatively silent like this
one)?
