Hey all,

I've seen other editors which support this feature, and I think it would be 
quite nice to have in Kate as well. What do you think? Just collapsing the 
very first doxygen block in a document (if it starts on line 0) would do the 
job, I guess.

If you agree, I'll try to add that feature (optional and off-by-default).
