Hi,

most parts of katepart/app/plugins are LGPLv2+.

At least we tried to consolidate on that in the last years.

But yeah, it seems, a lot of really non-compatible stuff slipped in.

All that would be ok with relicensing their own code to LGPLv2+, please:

a) reply to this mail to the list, that we have at least some public opt in here

b) perhaps add yourself to the relicensecheck.pl in \
https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kdesdk/kde-dev-scripts and allow to relicense \
to LGPLv2+, to make it easier to check that

c) if you are the sole writer of some source files, add LGPLv2+ license header.

That would really make our life much easier for the future, we can't iron out all \
license flaws I guess, but at least most ;)
