Hi,

Kate part & application get more and more in an usable state in the "frameworks" branch,
thanks to the help of a lot people like Michal, Dominik or Aleix.

Currently all fixes out of master got still merged, still, for any feature development, it would
be better to do it in the frameworks branch itself.

Still porting is needed for most of the addons (beside the project plugin) and the tests.

Any help welcome and already a BIG THANKS to all that did work in frameworks!
