I have a problem (pclinuxos 2013 32bit, updated, kde) with the shortcuts of 
(my) snippets of kate: does not work.
Packages installed:
kate-4.11.3-1pclos2013
kate-part-4.11.3-1pclos2013
lib64kate1-0.4.1-1pclos2013
kate-libs-4.11.3-1pclos2013
gstreamer0.10-kate-0.10.23-1pclos2013
Config:
