The author entities for me and Erlend were shipped in kdelibs 4.7.3,
so that version or newer is needed to build the 4.8 version of the
docs.

If you don't want to update, you can instead just grab
https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kdelibs/repository/revisions/master/raw/kdoctools/customization/entities/contributor.entities
 and drop it in /usr/share/kde4/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/entities/
