I think this is a good idea: parse some text and find the matching opening / 
closing xml element. This should be highlighted with MovingRanges.
It can be implemented as separate plugin for now, but later it should be 
included in the already existing XML Completion plugin. But that can still 
be done. The XML Completion plugin should even have somem code to work with 
XML based code, as it supports closing with a shortcut already.

How many projects do you need?
