trying to copy some 200-300 lines (psql code) into the buffer and paste these
into a konsole does not work reliable

usually some characters / lines are missing

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
happens usually, rarely copies all

Actual Results:  
does not copy all lines into console

Expected Results:  
copy all lines into console
workaround - use gedit :-(

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.6-0.7-desktop
Compiler: gcc
