Summary: Automatically backup new unnamed/unsaved notes/files
           Product: kate
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kwrite-devel@kde.org
        ReportedBy: chocolatesocket@gmail.com

Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.3)
OS: Linux

I start up Kate, and write a bunch of notes without saving them. If a crash
happens, due to whatever, they are lost.

In order to prevent that, Kate should automatically backup new unnamed/unsaved
notes/files. Maybe with the date and time as the filename.

And after a crash - offer to load/restore the backups.

Reproducible: Didn't try
