That's fantastic news! Thanks! I'm using Kate 3.5.1 (pulled 2 days ago) running 
on KDE 4.5.1 (Kubuntu 10.10).

I'll update and recompile today and will let you know off-list of any bugs 
encountered. Is that OK?
