As far as I can see my style (QtCurve) also has up, up, down and it works just
well here. However with Cleanlooks it looks really broken and with Plastique
there's no marker visible at all.

And no, its not a kdevelop bug, both the setting of breakpoint (i.e. the marker
on the left border) as well as the scrollbar marker are all inside katepart.
