Summary: Code completion should use commands from highlighting
                    rules
           Product: kate
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kwrite-devel@kde.org
        ReportedBy: kde@opensource.sf-tec.de

Version: (using KDE 4.3.3)
OS: Linux
Installed from: openSUSE RPMs

Currently code completion only offers words already in the current file as far
as I can see. I think that the strings from the syntax definition file should
be automatically added to the list of words to offer so kate get's some
knowledge about the language without knowing the language ;)

Think of I'm creating a new empty CMakeLists.txt. Syntax is set to CMake and
now I type "ADD_". Now kate should show anything in the commands section like
add_custom_command, add_custom_target, and so on. Bonus points if that follows
my case for case independant strings (like in my example everything should be
offered in upper case).
