My writing has been harsher than warranted on the developers and likely
offending. I apologize for that. It does give you a pretty good idea though on
how frustrated some users feel when running into such basic issues. So I will
rephrase things the way they ought to be:

Please, put the page print range support back, even if it is only limited and,
longer term, find a way to make it work right.
