Hi Laszlo,

I'm writing especially because of this parts in your report:

This parts have no place in bug reports at all. I very well understand that 
this is a must-have, however, what you write is quite insulting, especially 
to the developers who worked on printing support.

Bashing an application and even people only leads to demotivation and is 
everything else but constructive feedback.

Development of a feature happens when TIME and MOTIVATION come together. If 
either one i lacking, features are not implemented. Reading the report is 
rather demotivating, i.e. this report will not at all lead to this feature 
being worked on. This is simply not how open source works.

It would be nice if you can apologize on the report and phrase it 
differently.

Now I've invested 10 minutes into this mail. Next time, I maybe should spend 
the time with friends, in holidays on the beach etc. Anyway, I think you got 
what I mean.
