The document title is not updated immediately when I save the file, giving it a
different name, such as in "Save as" option, or "Save" for nw documents. After
a while, or after change the window and return to kate, the title is updated.
It seems a bug related to redrawing thw window, and I'm not sure either it's a
kate or kde bug.
