So the current menu in Okteta should be alright, fine :)
Regarding Kate, I let the Kate developers speak up. Of course I would welcome 
a similar approach in Kate#s menu structure, but it's their program and their 
choice, nice from me, eh? ;)

Ah, good catch. So the "Remove bookmark" might need to turn in a submenu 
listing the possible bookmarks to be deleted, to choose the one to delete 
from. At least for future versions of Okteta. And same for "Edit bookmark". 
That would do, or?
