I don't know if but is a problem in normal mode, but I have in VI mode.

I open some documents, using include file explorer, I select lot of files and
drag and drop to editing part to open them.

Modify One document, save it (:w). Click on other document in "opened document
explorer", new document is correctly displayed in windows, and do "dd" for
delete a line. The file modified is the previous one.

I can't reproduce 100% times but 60-70%.
