Here using:

Qt: 4.4.3                 
KDE: 4.1.85 (KDE 4.1.85 (KDE 4.2 Beta2))
kdelibs svn rev. 899135 / kdebase svn rev. 899135
on ArchLinux x86_64 - Kernel 2.6.27.8

Viewing the source of http://www.w3.org/2001/06/utf-8-test/UTF-8-demo.html is
OK here. KWrite displays the UTF8 characters without having to manually change
the encoding.
Viewing the source of http://devanaagarii.net/  also works OK here.

Can anyone else confirm this ?
