Greetings from KDE i18n pt_BR team!

That's where I have been for the last six years =)

Last week I went to a quick Qt4 training (6 hours only) and using my Java
skills I think maybe I can help your project Kate.

I'm a huge fan of Notepad++ (http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net) which has
some features that I miss in Kate.

I've talked to Dominik and he suggested to ask questions here, so here they
are:


- which tool you use to code? QCreator? QDevelop? Eclipse? Kate? Vim?

- is there a kate-devel list?  kwrite <> kate?

- i've already checked out , how should I build/compile kate?
