Hi there!

Could it be, that "X-KDE-PluginInfo-Depends" has no effect at all? I've added 
it to one of my plugins but I can enable the dependent plugin and "apply" 
without enabling the base plugin, which in my case makes KWrite seqfault.

I've taken a look at katepartpluginmanager.cpp in kdelibs/kate/utils and found 
nothing regarding this option. Is it implemented at all?
