Hi.

The kate sidebar uses KDirOperator, which is the same widget used on the kde file open/save dialogs.
Do you get double-click on those? If you don't, I think you might want to file a bug against kdelibs, because I think that option would be carried to apps that use it.

It's not in the same "double click" which i can setup in KDE preferences. When i done that KDE works correctly with double clicking but applications sidebar "filesystem view" use still single clicking on the list...
