In this context I would like to propose a new behaviour of "pipe to terminal" for the \
case that nothing is selected: I would appreciate a line-per-line pipe, i.e. if \
nothing is selected, send the current line only (not the whole document) and jump \
(the cursor) to the next line in the document. This is also motivated by writing R \
scripts in Kate.

As different users surely have different preferences concerning this action, it would \
be sensible to add this an option.
