The right and left keyboard arrows does not work properly in RTL mode. When the right \
arrows is pressed the cursor goes to the left and when the left arrow is pressed the \
cursor goes right. 

Way to reproduce this bug.

1- open kwrite in RTL mode.
2- paste this text
لبي بتيكلسشمن يتبكسب سشمنتيبسش ي
3- try to go right or left with keyboard arrows
