maintain the X position when deleting a line

When you delete line caret automatically jumps to first row. Please don't do this, I have to get back to \
the same X position each time. It is much easier to get to the first row (by user) --> home key, then to \
restore X position.

Thus, do the harder part, the easier one leave for user.
