The file is read, and the commands are executed:

     // gather commands
     // directory-specific commands
     QStringList commands = concatListFiles(relPath,  
".kateconfig-commands");
     // testcase-specific commands
     commands += readListFile(currentBase + '/' + filename + "-commands");
