In general, application developers don't know how stuff like this works on Windows \
(using Linux only is ok!) so it's probably a good idea to contact the KDE-on-Windows \
developers instead.

I don't believe that there are no arguments on Windows... maybe they just use the \
standard Windows "\u" notation there instead of the standard Unix "-u"?

Anyways, reassigning to the kdewin people.
