Version:           3.0.3 (using KDE 4.0.3)
Installed from:    Fedora RPMs
OS:                Linux

The terminal tool for Kate on KDE3 used to accept Ctrl+L for clear, just like most \
terminals. But Kate/KDE 4.0.3 doesn't seem to do that. Ctrl+D works and closes the \
terminal tool. Just found out that the same problem is with the terminal tool \
attached to Dolphin too. Is this deliberate?
