May I make a general suggestion: it would be nice to have a configurable \
auto-bracketing. For example, when editing a LaTeX file, I systematically use \(...\) \
instead of $...$ and \[...\] instead of $$...$$. It would be nice to have the \
opportunity to specify (preferably, depending on the context) what sequences of \
characters should be treated as delimiters and how they should be auto-completed. \
