Hi, i've found that using mouse wheel on scroolbars doesn't really
scroll, so i've looked at the code and found that this
line(kdelibs/kate/view/kateviewinternal.cpp:143) is commented
  // catch wheel events, completing the hijack
  //m_lineScroll->installEventFilter(this);

uncommenting that line make it works again so why is it commented? :)
