But on the other hand kate knows what filetype is --> see highlighting for example. So it would be not maybe a killer productivity boost, but nice aid, since for .h files it is almost a guarantee to type #ifdef X #define X #endif and it is very likely not use any other macros. So why not help another developer by feeding word completion with keywords?
